The Early Childhood Investment Corporation, Head Start State Collaboration Office, Department of Education and Department of Human Services are looking to garner your feedback. Data collected from an online survey will support early childhood community partners improve access to high quality early education and care programming for children birth to five. The survey is brief in nature and should take no longer than five to ten minutes.
Data from this survey will help to identify local and regional successes, opportunities, and barriers to coordination and collaboration among existing Federally-funded and state-funded early childhood programs and local licensed and registered child care.
Ensuring collaboration between Head Start agencies, Great Start Readiness, Early Childhood Special Education and child care will help to increase access to high quality early education and care programs for children birth to five and their families. Data collected from this survey will help support potential federal funding applications, identification of local and regional barriers, resource development highlighting successful replicable models and next steps for increasing access.
