How to File a Complaint

If you have a complaint about a child care provider, you can:

1) call 9-1-1 if a child has been abuse/neglected, and

2) report it directly to the State Department of Human Services, Office of Children and Adult Licensing (OCAL) or Child Protective Services at 1-866-856-0126

Or you may do one of the following options:
