To order your CDA packet, click here. (Look under "Publications" and "CDA Materials".) You will order only one packet, depending on your specialty:  preschool, family child care, infant/toddler, or home visitor.  The packet you receive will include 2 copies of the standards booklet, the application form, the parent opinion questionnaires, and the observation instrument.  They cost about $23 including postage.  Send your payment directly to the Council.  Some of these materials can be printed from the CDA website, www.cdacouncil.org.

The Child Development Associate (CDA) Program:

We strongly suggest contacting the T.E.A.C.H. program as soon as possible to find out if you qualify for a scholarship to assist you with the pursuit of your CDA credential.  You can contact them at the Michigan 4C Association office, 839 Centennial Way, Lansing, MI  48917; phone 1-800-950-4171, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
